What happens if the freelancer misses the 48-hour revision deadline?
The freelancer is notified of upcoming deadline. If they miss it, the project can be flagged for admin review. In case of repeated delays, you can cancel the project and get the other party's security deposit as compensation.
What's the ₹10 platform fee for?
The ₹10 platform fee covers server maintenance, security infrastructure, payment processing, customer support, and continuous platform improvements. This only applies when your security deposit is refunded after successful project completion.
What happens if I cancel my project?
If you (as client) cancel a project midway, your ₹50 security deposit goes to the freelancer as compensation for their work. The freelancer gets their deposit back. If a freelancer cancels, they lose their deposit to you.
Can I place multiple bids?
Yes! You can place multiple bids. Each bid requires a separate ₹50 security deposit. Once a bid is accepted and the project starts, the security deposits for other bids are refunded to your wallet immediately.
Do you charge any percentage-based fees?
No! We don't charge any percentage of your project budget or earnings. The only fee is the ₹10 platform fee deducted from your refunded security deposit after successful project completion. Freelancers get their full earnings.
